Room and School Assignment in Region 5

The examinees from Bicol Region, may check their Room and School Assignments using CSCROV Online School and Room Assignment Inquiry System found at CSC Regional Office No. 5 website: http://ro5.csc.gov.ph.

Please take note that the facility is only available for those who submitted their exam applications in any of the six (6) Field Offices in the Bicol Region.

Access the system here http://exam.cscrov.x10.mx/

If you encounter this "Blocked Network", it may be due to the fact that your Internet Service Provider's IP address has been blocked by the server due to spamming activity caused by others on the same network as yours.  If this is the case, please try again by clicking on the alternate site provided or by using another internet connection.

Online Notice of School Assignments (ONSA)

Another option to get your room and school assignment is through the Online Notice of School Assignments (ONSA).

To use ONSA, examinees should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields accurately, following the indicated format. ONSA shall be available via the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph two weeks before the exam. It can also be accessed through the path: http://enosa.csc.gov.ph/eNOSAv3/.

The ONSA-generated room and school assignment is called Notice of School Assignment (NOSA).

Examinees are advised to have a print-out of their NOSA. You may view the school's location by clicking the "LOCATION MAP" link as stated below:

If you experience an error, check if your encoded details follow the correct format. For example: On the middle initial field, type your MIDDLE INITIAL only, not your full middle name.

If you still do not know your room and school assignment one week before the exam, and if you have questions about the location of the school, discrepancies in examinee information, etc., please directly contact to the CSC Regional or Field Office where you filed your application. A complete directory of the CSCROs and CSCFOs can be found at the CSC website  or you may access the contacts and locations of CSC Regional Offices here.

Examinees are advised to visit and have an ocular inspection of the school/testing venue at least one day before the examination day to be familiar with the school location; be at the school/testing venue not later than 7:00 A.M. on examination day for the verification and locating of room assignment.
