Civil Service  Online Report of Rating

The Civil Service Commission provides online facility that generates Report of Rating. This Online Report of Rating is for those who failed the exam or did not meet the passing rate of 80% in the three kinds of Career Service Examination only - the CSE-PPT Professional, CSE-PPT Subprofessional and LSP-MDC. They may print a copy of Report of Rating (RoR) through the CSC website.

Another facility is OCSERGS which can generate copy of rating of all types of exam of both PASSED and FAILED examinees. In case of unavailability of RoR click here.

To secure a copy of the Report of Rating, please observe the following steps:

1. Go to CSC Website (http://web.csc.gov.ph) then click the RoR button at the bottom right portion of the CSC site like what it says in the photo

          

or Just simply click this link http://122.55.44.39/ROR/MainRoR.htm and another window will open. Here's what it will look like

2. Fill out all necessary fields.

   a. Type the following personal information in the blank fields:

• Examination Number - composed of 6-digit number given during the examination if you cannot remember your Examinee Number, it is advisable that you visit or call the CSC Regional Office (CSCRO) or CSC Field Office (CSCFO) where you initially filed your application. For the complete directory of CSCRO click here.  Please provide the CSCRO with your personal details for reference purpose. 
• Last Name - if your last name is compose of two words, put space between words
• First Name - if you have extension name like Jr or Sr, write your first name together with your extension name without putting period (.), then put space between them or if it is composed of two or more words
• Middle Initial - simply type letter, do not put period (.)
• Date of Birth - click the calendar at the right side of the field then choose month, year and date

   b. Choose the Examination Type from the dropdown menu - select if your examination type is CS        Professional, CS Subprofessional or Local Scholarship Program - MDC

   c. Choose the Date of Examination from the dropdown menu 

   d. Enter the 4-combination verification code in the blank field - click the Refresh button if you            want to generate new verification code

3. Click the Generate Report Button

4. Go to File Menu and Click Print Button
