Region 2 Room and School Assignment: March 18, 2018 CSE-PPT Professional and Subprofessional Level

The Civil Service Commission will release the examinee's room and school assignments for the conduct of March 18, 2018 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and Subprofessional Levels approximately two weeks before the examination.

Updates: 

• As per CSC  Examination Advisory No. 05, s. 2018, Online Notice of School Assignment ONSA shall be available by MARCH 5. (full advisory embedded below courtesy of CSC)

August 6, 2017 Exam Results: CSE-PPT Professional and Sub-professional Level List of Passers

The complete list of passers for the August 6, 2017 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) Professional and Sub-professional Level was released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) online in CSC website, www.csc.gov.ph. Results released within forty one (41) days after the date of examination.

The CSC administered the said examination in different testing centers nationwide.

The complete list of passers of the August 6, 2017 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) Professional and Sub-professional Level in Region 2 was released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) online in CSC website, www.csc.gov.ph. Results released within forty one (41) days after the date of examination.

The CSC administered the said examination in selected testing centers located in Tuguegarao City; Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya; and Cauayan City.

March 12, 2017 Exam Results: CSE-PPT Professional and Sub-professional Level List of Passers

The results of the March 12, 2017 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) Professional and Sub-professional Level also known as Civil Service Exam, conducted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) has been officially released.

The CSC released the said exam results forty one (41) days after the date of examination. However, results may be released earlier or later without prior notice.

To view the results, just select the region where you took the exam:

Region 1, Region 2, Region 3, Region 4, Region 5, Region 6, Region 7, Region 8, Region 9, Region 10, Region 11, Region 12, NCR, CAR, CARAGA, ARMM

OCSERGS

Both passed and failed examinees may generate their test results using Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS). The OCSERGS will be activated 15 days after the list of passers is posted. Learn more about OCSERGS here.

COE
Passers shall be issued a Certification of Eligibility approximately 30 days after posting of results. They should verify with the CSC Regional Office the availability of Certification of Eligibility (CoE). Representatives are not allowed to claim the CoE.

The Civil Service Commission conducted  the Career Service Examination - Paper and Pencil Test in both professional and sub-professional level last April 17, 2016 in various testing centers nationwide.

IMPORTANT:

1. Individual test result generation through OCSERGS (Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System) shall be available not later than June 12, 2016.

2. Concerns on examination result, including verification of Examinee Number, should be coordinated directly with the CSC Regional Office (CSCRO) concerned. A complete directory of the CSCROs can be accessed in the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph.

3. Certification of Eligibility for passers (printed on CSC letterhead, free of charge) shall be available, through the CSC Regional Offices upon printing, but not later than June 29, 2016.

4. Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (printed on security paper at cost).

5. Read thoroughly, and be guided, by the corresponding Examination Advisory to be posted in the CSC website.

December 6, 2015 Exam Results on CSE-PPT

The Civil Service Commission administered the CSE-PPT examination in both professional and sub-professional level last December 6, 2015 for the affected examinees in Region 4 and 5; Region 1, 2, NCR and CAR where full suspension was implemented; and Region 3 and ARMM where selected areas are suspended due to the onslaught of Super Typhoon Lando last October 18, 2015.

According to Civil Service Commission the result of examination will be released forty-one (41) days after the examination in CSC Website and the successful examinees must personally claim their Certificate of Eligibility. It shall be available through the CSC Regional Office (CSCRO) concerned on July 14, 2015 and thereafter. For more details on how to claim your CoE click here. 

However, unsuccessful examinees, as well as passers, may get their test result through Online Civil Service Exam Result Generation System (OCSERGS) found in CSC Website. OCSERGS shall be available on June 29, 2015 and thereafter. For more details on how to get your test result click here.
