2020 Calendar of Civil Service Written Examinations

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced the 2020 calendar of national civil service written examinations through Examination Announcement No. 07, s. 2019. The CSC will administer different written examinations nationwide, eligibility examinations and non-eligibility (agency requested) examinations.

The complete list of passers for the October 13, 2019 Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE), Pre-Employment, Promotional Test released forty one (41) days after the examination through the Civil Service Commission (CSC) website (www.csc.gov.ph).

October 2019 ICLTE Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination Application Requirements and Procedures

The Civil Service Commission (CSC), in collaboration with the Department of Finance (DOF), will conduct the Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) on October 13, 2019 in different testing centers nationwide.

Room and School Assignment: October 14, 2018 BCLTE and ICLTE

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) will administer Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) and Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) on October 14, 2018.

The CSC Regional Offices provide an alternative list of room and school assignment since the ONSA or Online Notice of School Assignment shall NOT be used in generating examinee's room and school assignment. In case your name is not found in the list, please coordinate directly with the CSC Regional Office. Thus, we encourage all examinees to read Examination Advisory below.

2018 ICLTE Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination Application Requirements and Procedures

The Civil Service Commission (CSC), in collaboration with the Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance (DOF-BLGF), will conduct the Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) on October 14, 2018 in different testing centers nationwide.

The ICLTE is a promotional test open only to DOF-BLGF incumbents who took and passed the Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE). The CSC clarified that passing the ICLTE does not confer a civil service eligibility.

The examinee's room and school assignments for the conduct of November 26, 2017 Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) and Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) have been released by the Civil Service Commission Regional Offices (CSCROs).

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has released the Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) and Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) school assignment and other important reminders.

The said exams are scheduled to take place on November 26, 2017 and will administer by the Civil Service Commission in collaboration with the Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance (DOF-BLGF) at CSC regional and field offices.

Deadline for the November 26, 2017 BCLTE and ICLTE applications extended

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) informs all applicants of the November 26, 2017 Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) and Intermediate Competency on Local Treasury Examination (ICLTE) that the exam application deadline is moved from October 20, 2017 to October 24, 2017.

The CSC said that this extension is in light of the nationwide government work suspension from October 16 to 17 due to transport strike.

The said examinations will administer by the Civil Service Commission in collaboration with the Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance (DOF-BLGF) at CSC regional and field offices.
