QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must strictly meet the following qualification requirements:
- A Citizen of the Republic of the Philippines;
- A person of good moral character;
- Must possess a baccalaureate degree from a recognized institution of learning;
- Must possess appropriate eligibility (Second Level eligibilities: CSE Professional, RA 1080, and Penology Officer Eligibility, PD 907 Honor Graduate Eligibility, MARINA Eligibility etc);
- Must not have been dishonorably discharged of dismissal for cause from previous employment;
- Must not have been convicted by final judgement of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude;
- Must
not be less than twenty-one (21) nor more than thirty (30) years of
age. A waiver for age requirement shall be automatically granted to
applicants belonging to the Cultural Communities;
- Must be
atleast five feet and two inches (5'2 ft) or one meter and fifty-seven
centimeters (1.57 m) in height for Male and five feet (5'0 ft) or one
meter and fifty-two centimeters (1.52 m) in height for Female: A waiver
for height requirement shall be automatically granted to applicants
belonging to the Cultural Communities;
- Must weigh not more or less than five kilograms (5kgs) from the standard weight corresponding to his/her height, age, and sex;
- Must
have passed the psychiatric/psychological, drug and physical tests for
the purpose of determining his/her physical and mental health.

INITIAL FOLDER REQUIREMENTS
Must be submitted in a white folder with proper tabbing.
A. Three (3) sets of duly accomplished HANDWRITTEN Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (revised 2017) with one (1) sketch of residence
B. One (1) authenticated and one (1) photocopy of Transcript of Records
C. One (1) authenticated and one (1) photocopy of College Diploma
D. One (1) authenticated and one (1) photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility (CSC) or Board Rating (PRC), valid PRC ID and Certificate of Good Standing
E. Original or authenticated copy of Birth Certificate issued by PSA
F. Original or authenticated copy of Marriage Contract issued by PSA (if married)
G. Photocopies of valid clearances (NBI, Police, PNP-Directorate for Intelligence, Barangay, MTC, RTC and Prosecutor's Office)
H. Photocopies of Certificate/s of Previous and Present Employment
I. Photocopies of Certificate/s of Seminars/Training completed
J. Photocopy of MDF (PAG-IBIG)
K. Photocopy of MDR (PHILHEALTH)
L. Photocopy of TIN ID or TIN verification

The BJMPRO-V Recruitment Form for Pre-Registration can only accommodate 100 ENTRIES OF APPLICANTS PER DAY. Once it reached the limit, the portal will automatically close, and will open to accept your application the following day at 8:00am.
Only applicants who filled-out the link will be scheduled for initial assessment and initial medical evaluation (IME) and wait for further instruction. Applicants who fail to pre-register shall not be accommodated as a walk-in applicant.

Basic Monthly Salary: P 29,688.00
