The Civil Service Commission conducted the Career Service Examination - Paper and Pencil Test in both professional and sub-professional level last May 3, 2015 in various testing centers nationwide.
Here is a complete list of passers on May 3, 2015 in CSE-PPT Professional and Subprofessional Level.

According to Civil Service Commission the result of examination will be released forty-one (41) days after the examination in CSC Website and the successful examinees must personally claim their Certificate of Eligibility. It shall be available through the CSC Regional Office (CSCRO) concerned on July 14, 2015 and thereafter. For more details on how to claim your CoE click here.
However, unsuccessful examinees, as well as passers, may get their test result through Online Civil Service Exam Result Generation System (OCSERGS) found in CSC Website. OCSERGS shall be available on June 29, 2015 and thereafter. For more details on how to get your test result click here.

I just phoned CSC Central Office today and was informed that ratings will be available online beginning tomorrow, 30 June 2015.
As per list of topnotchers, their answer was "Just keep checking via the website"

May Notice of Rating na kahapon, July 1.
Nag-inquire kasi ako dito s CSC Region 2 thru email if available n ang COE for passers, ang reply hindi n daw sila mg-iissue ng COE instead I.D. n daw pero wala pang date kung kelan hintay daw tayo for further notice. For the meantime, pwede daw mgrequest ng Certification for passing the exam for fee of 100 pesos. Any feedback for other region if ganyan din po ang feedback? TIA
