The individual examination rating / result for both passed and failed examinees may generate using Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) not later than January 22, 2017.
Passers shall be issued a Certification of Eligibility printed on official CSC letterhead, free of charge, on or before January 22, 2017.

Can I still get a certification? I passed the November 27,2016 examination(Hong Kong) and wish I could still get a certificate.
