Topnotchers of the October 14, 2018 Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE)

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) released the list of successful examinees who got the highest score also known as topnotchers and top performing regions of the Basic Competency on Local Treasury Examination (BCLTE) held last October 14, 2018.




Top Passers:

China Olario (Zamboanga Peninsula) – 88.92 rating
Gerry Maureal (Eastern Visayas) – 88.38
Shella Mae Catalan (Western Visayas) – 88.11
Marvic John Leyson (Zamboanga Peninsula) – 88.11
Renan Carcusia (Southern Tagalog) – 87.84
Marites Corsiga (Davao region) – 87.84
Jo Ann Painandos (Davao region) – 87.84
Elvira Aves (Eastern Visayas) – 87.57
Precious Christy Compas (Western Visayas) – 87.57
John Benedict Rodriguez (Northern Mindanao) – 87.57


Top Performing Regions:


Regions with Highest Passing Rate
Ilocos region (Region I) – 24.48%
Central Luzon (Region III)  22.75%
Central Visayas (Region VII) – 22.71%
National Capital Region – 22.11% 
Southern Tagalog – 21.53%

The CSC recently released the October 14, 2018 BCLTE List of Passers through the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph. Read article here.

Both passed and failed examinees may generate their individual test results/ratings using Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS). See instructions here.

Successful examinees must personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned by December 26, 2018. Representatives are not allowed to claim on behalf of the passers. In claiming the Certification, passers must present at least one valid ID upon claiming of the CoE.

Passers are strongly advised to verify/check first the availability of the Certification before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office.


About the Local Treasurer Eligibility (LTE)


The Local Treasurer Eligibility (LTE) is a second level eligibility appropriate for appointment only to Local Treasurer and Assistant Local Treasurer positions, and to positions under the Financial Services that do not involve practice of profession and are not covered by Bar/Board or special laws.
