The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has released the lists of successful examinees who got the highest score also known as topnotchers of the Career Service Examination for Foreign Service Officer (CSE-FSO) held last January 27, 2019.

Both passed and failed examinees may generate their ratings using Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by March 24, 2019. See instructions here.
Successful examinees may claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned by April 10, 2019. They are strongly advised to verify/check first the availability of the Certification before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office. Passers must personally claim their COE. Representatives are NOT allowed. Please bring valid IDs for verification of identity.

The CSE-FSO was conducted by the CSC in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). It serves both as a qualifying test (first part) and an eligibility examination. The remaining parts of the FSOE include the Preliminary Interview, Written Test, Psychological Test, and Oral Test, all administered by the DFA to recruit candidates for the Foreign Service Officer, Class IV position.
Those who passed the CSE-FSO shall simultaneously be conferred the Career Foreign Service Officer Eligibility and shall qualify for the next phase of the FSO Examination.
