EXAM RESULTS: OCSERGS - Online Career Service Examination Result Generation System

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) provides online facility that generates examinee's test result using the Online Career Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) on Civil Service Written Examinations. You may produce a copy of the examinee’s rating, on screen, which can be viewed and/or printed for reference through the CSC website, www.csc.gov.ph or It can also be accessed through the path: http://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/.

NOTE: June 2, 2024 Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Results Generation System (OCSERGS) by 21 July 2024.

 

 

The facility generates test results for both passed and failed examinees. To secure a copy of the test result, please observe the following steps:

1. Access the OCSERGS

Go to CSC Website (www.csc.gov.ph) then click or tap the OCSERGS link at the bottom portion of the page:

or simply click this link https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/ and you will be directed to OCSERGS Main Page.

 

 

 

2. OCSERGS Main Page

The examinee should encode / fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields accurately, following the proper format. Examinee number is no longer needed. 

NOTE: Make sure to encode the complete data, then press tab key on the keyboard to go to the next field. On any data field, DO NOT USE / CLICK PRE-EMPTIVE POP UP LIST / WORDS.

Key in all the required data:

Last Name - if your last name is compose of two words, put space between words

First Name - if it is composed of two or more words put space between them

Extension Name -  if you have extension name like Jr or Sr, select from your extension name the dropdown menu list 

Middle Initial - simply type letter, do not put period (.). Leave blank if no middle initial.

Date of Birth - follow the date format, select the MONTH, DATE and YEAR and it will have slash (/) automatically.

Select the 'Date of Examination' from the drop down menu list.

Select the 'Examination Type' from the dropdown menu list - select if your examination type is CSE-PPT Professional, CSE-PPT Subprofessional, CSE- Foreign Service Officer, Penology Officer Examination (POE), Fire Officer Examination (FOE), BCLT Examination, ICLT Examination, Pre-Employment Test or Promotional Test

Then select 'Region' where you took the examination from the dropdown menu list.

Check "By clicking the 'Submit' button, you confirm that you accept the CSC Privacy Policy" then click / tap 'Submit' button.

Successful data submission will produce a copy, on screen as shown below:

3. System Error

When the screen returns to the user interface after clicking the 'submit' button, do the following procedures:

1. Click the arrow left / back icon at the upper left part of the screen.

2. Click again the 'submit' button.

When the "result generation failed" dialogue box appears on screen, do as follows:

1. Click 'ok'

2. Key in again the required data

3. Click again the 'submit' button

4. Print test results

To print the report, press Ctrl+P or click 'Print this Page' link at the upper right portion of the screen or go to 'File Menu' and select 'Print'.

Once you are in the Print Mode you may save it as PDF file and print it in the future.

If the examinees cannot access their record even they input the correct information, and receiving this error "Examinee Data Not Found in the Database, Please check your record and try again.",  or having difficulty in accessing OCSERGS, please email your concern to erpo@csc.gov.ph, or call your CSC Regional Office.
