EXAM RESULTS: March 13, 2022 Civil Service Exam (CSE-PPT) List of Passers

 The complete list of passers for the March 13, 2022 Career Service Examination - Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and Subprofessional level is now available at the Civil Service Commission (CSC)'s official website: www.csc.gov.phResults released sixty (60) calendar days after the day of examinations. 

As per CSC's Examination Announcements, results shall be released within sixty (60) days after the examination through the CSC website (www.csc.gov.ph).

Examinees can generate their examination rating through OCSERGS or Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System which can be accessed through the CSC website. Generation of examination rating through OCSERGS shall be available approximately fifteen (15) days after the posting of the List of Passers.

Certificate of Eligibility for passers (printed on CSC letterhead, free of charge) shall be issued through the CSC Regional/Field Offices by June 13, 2022 or approximately thirty (30) days after posting of results.

Successful examinees are strongly advised to verify first if their Certification is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office to maximize time and effort.

Passers are further advised to personally claim their Certification of Eligibility and must present any of the following I.D. cards:

a. Driver’s License

b. Passport;

c. PRC License;

d. SSS I.D.;

e. GSIS I.D. (UMID);

f. Voter’s I.D./Voter’s Certification;

g. BIR I.D. (ATM type/TIN card type with picture);

h. PhilHealth I.D. (must have the bearer’s name, clear picture, signature and PhilHealth number);

i. Company/Office I.D.;

j. School I.D.;

k. Police Clearance/Police Clearance Certificate;

l. Postal I.D.;

m. Barangay I.D.;

n. NBI Clearance;

o. Seaman’s Book;

p. HDMF Transaction I.D.;

q. PWD I.D.;

r. Solo Parent I.D.;

s. Senior Citizen’s I.D.; or

t. ACR I-Card

Any other ID card not included in the above list shall not be accepted.

About the CS Eligibility


The new Professional eligibles may be appointed to both first level (clerical) and second level (technical) positions in the government, including executive/managerial positions in the second level, provided they also meet the education, experience, training, and other requirements of the positions.

On the other hand, the SubProfessional eligibles may be appointed only to first level positions in the government. Both the Professional and SubProfessional eligibilities are appropriate to positions that do not involve practice of profession and are not covered by special laws.
