Officer Candidate Course
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications for PAF Officer Candidate Course (PAFOCC):
- Male or Female, natural-born citizen of the Republic of the Philippines;
- Single, never been married, never borne or sired a child and no legal obligation to support a child or children;
- With the height of at least 152.4 cm (5 ft) for both male and female;
- Must be physically and mentally fit for military training;
- With good moral character;
- At least 21 years old but not a day older than 27 years old upon admission for training (born between 27 December 1996 to 27 December 2002)
- Most preferably a a Baccalaureate Degree holder on courses related to:
- Aviation
- Engineering
- Computer (IT), and Web Design
- Logistics
- Finance and Accounting
- Administration
- Education
- Social Sciences
- Mass Communication and Media Arts
REQUIREMENTS
Initial requirements for PAF Officer Candidate Course (PAFOCC):
- Fully accomplished PAF Application Form;
- 2 pcs latest 2x2 ID picture in white background;
Original and Photocopy of the following documents:
- Transcript of Record (TOR) and Diploma;
- PSA Birth Certificate;
- VALID AFPSAT IRF (for applicants who took AFPSAT in
Philippine Army and Philippine Navy);
- Certificate from the National Commission of Indigenous People (NCIP) duly signed by the Regional Director (for Indigenous People applicants only)
Special Enlistment
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications for Special Enlistment:
- Male or Female, natural-born citizen of the Republic of the Philippines;
- Single, never been married, and has no legal obligation to support a child or children;
- With the height of at least 152.4 cm (5 ft) for both male and female;
- Must be physically and mentally fit for military training;
- With good moral character;
- At
least 18 years old but not more than 35 years old upon enlistment (born between 27 December 1988 to 27 December 2005)
- At least completed the K-12 Basic Education Program or has
earned at least 72 units in these preferably Collegiate Courses:
- Aviation
- Computer (IT), and Web Design
- Engineering
- Healthcare
- Logistics
- Music Related Courses
- Finance and Accounting
- Law Enforcement
- Vocational
- Education
- Administration
- Mass Communication and Media Arts
REQUIREMENTS
Initial requirements for Special Enlistment:
- Fully accomplished PAF Application Form;
- 2 pcs latest 2x2 ID picture in white background;
Original and Photocopy of the following documents:
- Transcript of Record (TOR)/ Form 137 for SHS Graduate and Diploma;
- PSA Birth Certificate;
- VALID AFPSAT IRF (for applicants who took AFPSAT in
Philippine Army and Philippine Navy);
- Certificate from the National Commission of Indigenous People (NCIP) duly signed by the Regional Director (for Indigenous People applicants only)
EXEMPTION IN TAKING THE QUALIFYING EXAM
1. Applicants who are Licensed Criminologists shall submit the following for them to be exempted from taking the examinations:
a. Fully accomplished PAF application form (must be processed by PAF processing center and have undergone the limited physical exam)
b. Transcript of Records and diploma
c. PSA issued birth certificate
d. Criminologist Licensure Examination rating from PRC
e. PRC ID (must be valid and not expired)
f. Certification of Government Services (if applicable)
g. Certificate of Work Experience related to criminology (if applicable)
h. Seminars/trainings, if any (must be related to the practice of Criminology, must bear the full name of the owner)
i. Awards/recognition, if any (must be related to the practice of criminology, must bear the full name of the owner.

1. Download the application form https://www.paf.mil.ph/announcements/paf-application-form-cy-2023 then print or obtain one from the nearest Processing/Examination Center near you.
2. Fill-out the form electronically or by writing legibly your details. If you opt to fill-out electronically, make sure that you affix your signature using a ball pen or sign pen, preferably blue or black.
3. Prepare the requirements mentioned above.

To all applicants who will submit their application at Col Jesus Villamor Air Base (CJVAB), Pasay City. Please be informed that accepting of application for PAF Officer Candidate Course Class 2024 and Special Enlistment CY 2023 will start on 15 May to 26 May 2023 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except weekends) at Gate 5, PAF O’ Club, Col Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City (near PAF Museum).

4. Personal sanitizing kit
5. Vaccination Card (Must be fully vaccinated if not please bring a medical certificate certifying you are COVID-Free)
